Job Overview
We're looking for a talented "Human Resources Specialist" to join our team!
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Overseeing and coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying needs to building a strong talent pipeline.
- Designing and implementing effective onboarding and adaptation programs to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.
- Actively contributing to employer branding initiatives and enhancing the overall candidate experience.
- Supporting and collaborating on performance management, talent management, and development & training activities, including mandatory trainings such as occupational health and safety.
- Driving employee engagement initiatives and contributing to a positive organizational culture based on feedback and insights.
- Acting as an HR contact for employees and managers, providing support and guidance on soft HR matters.
- Collaborating with various teams on HR projects, bringing insights from the business units.
- Managing voluntary and mandatory internship programs.
- Preparing and distributing employment contracts and overseeing employee exit processes, including exit interviews.
Here's what you need to have:
- A bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
- Proven experience in employer branding and improving candidate/employee experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Familiarity with digital recruitment platforms is a strong plus.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Experience in supporting or coordinating HR processes for field or blue-collar teams is a valuable asset.
