Senior Growth Engineer

We're looking for a talented “Senior Growth Engineer'' to join our team.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Partner with the CRM team in experimentation initiatives to analyze campaign performance and customer lifecycle metrics, delivering actionable insights
• Design and implement comprehensive descriptive analytics dashboards
• Develop and interpret time-series forecasts to drive strategic decision-making
• Implement data-driven decision-making processes across teams
• Collaborate with the CRM team on strategic prioritization, empowering them to optimize workflows through data-driven insights
• Enhance and scale our data model by integrating new data sources and transforming them into actionable insights, robust dashboards, and in-depth analyses
• Take full ownership of the analytics lifecycle, including data extraction, cleaning, transformation, calculation, visualization, and insight presentation
• Develop predictive models for forecasting business impact, utilizing causal modeling to explain business phenomena
• Work closely with the product team to establish and monitor meaningful KPIs and goals aligned with broader business objectives
• Provide strategic guidance to the product team throughout the product lifecycle, from conducting user behavior analyses for feature prioritization to measuring initiative impact through experimental design and implementation

Here's what you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Exceptional SQL skills with demonstrated ability to handle complex queries and data modeling
• Strong proficiency in Python/R for advanced analytics and statistical analysis
• Proven adaptability in learning and implementing new technologies
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, particularly within product-led organizations' marketing/CRM teams
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex findings clearly to diverse stakeholders, enabling swift decision-making
• Advanced data visualization expertise, with hands-on experience in tools such as Looker, Tableau, or equivalent platforms,
• Practical experience working with web and mobile application tracking data
• Comprehensive knowledge of CRM analytics fundamentals, including:
  - A/B testing methodologies
  - User activity and retention analysis
  - Customer lifecycle management
  - Advanced segmentation techniques
